Bob's specialty is waterfront and waterview properties but he words with clients in all price range and has served many first-time homebuyers. He covers the entire Cape, knows all the towns and villages well, and has a keen sense of identifying value for his clients and advocating for their best interests. He previews properties, arranges and attends all showings, researches and provides available information about properties of interest. He advises on negotiating strategy and monitors details of transactions from accepted offer to closing, keeping the buyers best interest in mind at all times. |
